Each exhibitor will have a standard 6’ x 30” table with a tablecloth and chair. One standing poster is allowed, but you may not hang anything on the walls (hotel policy). If you need access to power or have a special request, please make sure to mark it on your form. We cannot guarantee those items if we do not know about them.
Set Up/Break Down
Exhibitors are expected to be in attendance for the entire conference.

Sessions, Meals, and Reception
Exhibitors are welcome to attend any sessions they would like. Meals are included, same as attendee meals. Exhibitors are also welcome to take part in any evening events including the reception.
As part of check-in, attendees with be given the opportunity to play our exhibitor game. Attendees who visit all the exhibits and get their card signed will be eligible for a special prize. We find this ensures attendees are visiting all exhibitors. If you are asked, please put your initials in the square of your organization.
Giveaways or Raffles
Exhibitors are welcome to have raffles or giveaways at their booth. Please let us know if you plan on having one and we can help with announcing winners.
Any item shipped to the conference hotel is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Boxes can be accepted as early as three business days prior to the program start date. Packages that need to be shipped out must be sealed and include an air bill with billing details and left on the exhibitor tables. If you plan to ship items back, please let us know during set up. All boxes shipped to the hotel should be addressed as follows:
