Breakout Session Proposals Now Being Accepted

We invite you to submit a proposal to be a speaker for one of the 38 breakout sessions of the 2020 Conference, "Families For All"! These sessions will cover a range of topics but are intended to provide professionals, resource organizations, and adoption advocates with professional development and training in best practices. 

The submission deadline for proposals is January 31, 2020.


Who Can Apply

Whether this is your first year to come to the Conference, or you’re a seasoned conference attendee, we welcome your ideas for an engaging and informative session.

Individuals speakers, co-speakers, and coordinated panels of speakers are welcome!

Professionals in the field of adoption and child welfare, experts in the field of trauma and adoption related therapy, adoptees, adoptive parents and birth parents are all encouraged to apply.

We are open to innovative and fresh ideas, particularly as it relates to current trends, new research, hot topics, and emerging areas of interest to adoption professionals and the larger adoption community.​ 

Our attendees come from diverse backgrounds—from different areas of adoption, different parts of the country, different races and ethnicities, and different religious backgrounds. We are looking for professional level proposals that are respectfully inclusive of the diverse perspectives united together at the 2020 National Adoption Conference.
